General enquiries
Questions about a resource, a broken page or a missing topic go to the general channel. Include the page URL and the grade and subject involved, and the fix lands on the template rather than the single page.
Schools
Schools and districts can use everything on the platform with whole classes at no cost, including class-set printing. Get in touch for scheme-of-work mapping against your curriculum, bulk printable packs and rollout guidance for staff.
Tutors
Tutors are matched by grade, subject, topic and board — the same four entities that organise the library — so a session can start from the exact page a learner was stuck on. Apply if you teach a subject to examination level.
Press
For interviews, data on how the knowledge graph is generated, or usage figures, contact the press channel. We are happy to walk through the architecture that turns one curriculum model into hundreds of thousands of free, indexable pages.
